The 2019 Fire Season Meeting & BBQ Mandalong

Dear Mandalong Valley Residents

You are warmly invited to a Meeting on Friday the 1st of February at 6pm to discuss the 2019 Fire Season.
The RFS will be in attendance to discuss communications for serious fire events in the Valley and safe places for residents to shelter.

Time: 6pm
Venue: 42 Little Valley Road, Mandalong
Followed by a BBQ – meat supplied. Please bring vegetarian patties if you are vegetarian. Please BYO drinks.

Mandalong Community Association News #103

Hello MCA Members,
 
I hope you can make our first MCA meeting for 2017 on Thursday 9 February, 5pm at Angela's & Rod's place on Little Valley Road. An agenda will follow closer to the date of the meeting.
 
This meeting will precede the CCC (Community Consultative Committee) meeting of the 21 February, so if you have any issues about the construction that is about to start, or any other issue, please contact a committee member or come to the MCA meeting.

We welcome applications for positions as Office Bearers and committee members. Nominations of new candidates for election as Officer-bearers, or Ordinary Committee Members, to be made in writing, signed by 2 paid-up members of the association and the candidate, and sent to the Secretary seven days prior to the AGM. Membership Fee annual renewals:
Just a reminder these are due at the AGM. Annual family membership fee $10.00 ($5.00 per person).
