Film Club this Friday night!
The Film Club people know the drill. We gather at the home of David and Sheila Kearns, 29 Little Valley Road on the fourth Friday of every month at 7.30pm. We bring drinks and yummy nibblies, a love of films and a good natter.
We watch the movie, which starts at 8pm, in the Kearn’s gorgeous home theatre and then have supper. This month we will watch The Help, a wonderful movie that has already won multiple awards.

Book Club
The next Book Club meeting will be held at the home of Di and Patrick Callaghan at 31 Balcolyn St, Balcolyn on Monday 12 March 2012 at 7.30 pm. The book to be discussed will be Before I go to Sleep by SJ Watson
This recently published book is a psychological thriller, remarkable in that it was written after the author took a writing course. It is a gripping story about a woman who has lost her memory and is writing a journal in an endeavour to explain her situation
We look forward to seeing you for a sociable night discussing this book and catching up with local news over cheese, biscuits and a glass of wine or a cuppa. New members will be especially welcome. Ring Di Callaghan on 4973 3184 or 0412 89 6601 if you are coming.

MCA General Meeting
Keep Saturday morning free to attend the first of 3 MCA General Meetings we will have this year.
All are invited to attend this important meeting of residents. Environmental and planning issues affecting our area are addressed. Your input is vital.
