Dear friends,

It seems a lot has happened since our last News Update only a couple of weeks ago.

The PAC  group continued to work on submissions right up until the Hearing itself on 12th Feb.It was a huge effort and we thank all those  who put in so much time and effort on behalf of all Mandalong residents.

The Mandalong Road petition with over 400 signatures was presented to the PAC Hearing. The efforts of Tracey and Angela are greatly appreciated. 

The first CCC for the year is tomorrow.

Dear Mandalong residents,

The date for the PAC Hearing has  been announced for 12 Feb.

The next planning meeting is on 4^th Feb, 4.30  at Mandy’s,  120 Tobins Road. We urge all concerned residents to attend this meeting.

 If you are intending to speak at the hearing, but cannot attend the planning meeting, we ask that you advise us ASAP.   (leonie@the-sweeneys.com)

The PAC Hearing is our last chance to protect our valley from the effects of the Southern Extension including safety on Mandalong Road and to obtain meaningful compensation for the residents of Mandalong.

The MCA News Update attached contains important information on the PAC Hearing.
