We have received the Terms of Reference for a review of the Mine Subsidence Compensation Act 1961. If you wish to make a submission, they can be sent to Katherine.mcinnes@finance.nsw.gov.au by 18 March 2016. The Terms of Reference are attached. As the MCA anticipates making a submission on behalf of the community, you may also contact us with any relevant information in the coming week.

Welcome to the second Mandalong update for 2016, the main purpose of this newsletter is to alert you to a two new events: a Mandalong Brigade History information gathering and a Disaster Simulation Event. 

Also, there is a  MCA General Meeting on 12 March.

Dear friends,

We have timed the Mandalong get-together so that it is before the end-of-year rush we all seem to experience.

Would love to see you all this coming Saturday evening. Mandalong Gallery 5-9 pm.

If we get the heat wave we are promised, then do bring your swimming gear. There is lots of space for the children to play. Cricket maybe?

BYO nibblies, drinks and food. BBQs available.

We always have fun and it is a great chance to catch up with Mandalong residents.
